Commercial companies and organizations will get the opportunity showing their products or services in the lobby of the auditorium during the conference.

10-20 Booths for in-store presentations are available at moderate prizes.

   1. Deadline of booking 1st of June 2010

   2. Setup 22 June - Dismantling 25 June 2010

   3. Applications will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis until all available booths have been applied

   4. Cancellation/Declination:The organizer reserves the right to decline applications which are not consistent
       with the purpose of this conference.

EXHIBITOR  - package from EUR 1000,- excl. VAT*

There will be the opportunity to install a banner presentation of your company or organization. A display, product model or fully ready product can also be set up.

Locations are the entrance hall, the aisles and the Congress Hall or alternatively the location for lunch and aperitif.

Available space for each banner is 2x2 m2 by max. 2.75 m high. This includes 1 full access pass for the Congress worth EUR 720,- incl. VAT  for one company delegate.

* N.B. More expo space / more banners / more full access passes, etc., possible in consultation. For large objects, the outdoor space close to the entrance hall of the Eindhoven University of Technology is available.
If you do not have your own banner or display then an expo panel, table and chair or display window can be supplied at cost price. Depending on your wishes and in consultation, we will search for the best option for you. Options and costs provided on request.
